Sales Support / Office Assistant

Snelling of Northern Colorado seeks a full-time Administrative Assistant for our Windsor client. The incumbent will handle various administrative duties, support the sales team and customers.

REQUIREMENTS for the Administrative Assistant:

  • 2+ years’ customer service/administrative experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient computer skills-Microsoft Office Suite
  • Light accounting duties: A/R, A/P
  • Order entry and light shipping (ability to lift 35 lbs)
  • Maturity and judgment to interact effectively with employees and clients
  • Shipping and receiving logistical experience a plus
  • Detail oriented and ability to learn proprietary software 
  • Ability to prioritize and re-prioritize administrative duties and client needs throughout the day

RESPONSIBILITIES for the Administrative Assistant:

  • Outgoing and engaging personality
  • Reception duties, maintaining files
  • Administrative support for sales and operations team
  • Maintain office supplies
