Bilingual Community Sales Assistant

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Bilingual Community Sales Assistant will assist the Sales Manager with all sales functions and managing the responsibilities of the community.

Salaried position, generous base plus commission!

Bilingual Community Sales Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors and demonstrate models and homesites
  • Follow up with potential buyers
  • Guide homebuyers through the option selection process
  • Set lending appointments for buyers
  • Assist with in monitoring model home appearance
  • Manage collateral and office supply inventory
  • Assist with sales reports
  • Additional administrative duties as assigned

Bilingual Community Sales Assistant Requirements:

  • 2 years' residential sales experience
  • Proven verbal, written communication and presentation skills
  • Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
  • High level of initiative
  • Business acumen
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time well
