Accounting Assistant / Front Desk Specialist

SNELLING  seeks full-time, temp-to-hire, Accounting Assistant / Front Desk Specialist for our Fort Collins’ robotics client. This temp-to-hire position is perfect for you if you have the exemplary customer service skills with an accounting foundation.

Qualifications for the Accounting Assistant / Administrative Assistant

Duties of the Administrative Assistant include assisting in daily office and accounting needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities.

  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Proficient in accounts payable/receivable practices
  • Proficient with Excel practices and accuracy
  • Book travel – flights, hotel and transportation
  • Prepare reports, mail distribution, inventory/ordering office supplies, maintain calendar, filing and multi line phone use
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi task
  • Must be able to maintain professionalism and a positive service attitude at all times
  • Performs all other related duties as assigned
