Part-Time Billing Coordinator


We are looking for a Part-Time Billing Coordinator for a valued west Greeley client.  Great flexible schedule!

Pay:  $15/hour
Schedule:  M-F, 29 hours per week, 5-6 hours per day


  • Follow policy and procedure for billing and error corrections via system reports
  • Complete online portal billing of 5-6 customers
  • Review and mail invoices to customers
  • Ensure all invoices are delivered via paper, Auto-Fax, and/or Auto-Email or another output type requested by the customer
  • Process debits, credits and returns as requested and follow up to completion
  • Maintain appropriate files for supporting documentation and in accordance with audit requirements
  • Work closely with other departments for error correction and problem resolution;
  • Work with customers to resolve problems associated with billing
  • Research and resolve issues associated with billing
  • Manage reports in SAP


  • High School diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • 1-3 years directly related experience preferred 
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Must be dependable
  • Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
  • Ability to recognize problems and take appropriate action
  • Ability to recognize when an issue should be referred to the Billing Supervisor
  • Knowledge of Word and Excel
  • Excellent keyboarding skills (speed and accuracy)
  • Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast paced team environment
  • SAP experience preferred
