REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR BOOKKEEPER / OFFICE ASSISTANT
- 4+ years proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Excellent customer service skills, including collections
- Skills in all things accounts payable
- Reconcile credit card statements
- Maintain lease agreements
- Maintain certificates of insurance for clients
- Self-motivated and organized
- Attention to detail, professional demeanor, work well with diverse personalities, solid work ethic
- Professional references will be required
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Excellent integrity
