Mill Operator - 2nd shift

JOB DESCRIPTION

Do you seek a great career with a reputable mill in Platteville, CO? Do you have forklift and other powered industrial truck/equipment experience? Can you routinely lift 75 lbs and are comfortable being on your feet throughout your shift?

SNELLING of NoCO seeks immediate  2nd shift Mill Operators for our Platteville client.

Perks for Mill Operators

  • Temp-to-hire, long-term placement
  • $17/per hour to start, $18/per hour once training is complete
  • 2nd shift: Mon-Fri, 2 p.m. – Midnight (train on days, 8am-6pm)
  • Occasional Saturday overtime!
  • Great company with full benefits, 401K match,  and excellent PTO package upon conversion
  • Uniforms provided and laundered
  • Generous boot allowance, as needed

Requirements for Mill Operators

  • Entry level position for the right, hard working candidate
  • Warehouse and forklift experience preferred
  • Basic computer experience
  • Willingness to do drug and background screen
  • Ability to lift and move 75 lbs
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Professional references required
